Shipping Hours & Cut-off

Orders placed before 23:59 on working days will be delivered the next day. There are of course some exceptions. We have listed them for you below. For many articles even applies: ordered before 13:00, will be delivered tonight.

How does same day delivery work?
• If this is available for an item, you can choose it in the checkout for a fee of 4.95.
• Your order will be delivered between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
• It is only possible for orders from Monday to Friday.
• We do not deliver on holidays

Domestic Shipping Detail

Orders from 25.- we deliver free of charge. This applies to small and large items. If you order something under 25.-, we ask you to pay 3.90 delivery costs. Do you want to take advantage of same-day delivery? Then you pay 4.95 for that and you will have your package at home tonight.

We deliver large articles (delivered by Dynalogic) free of charge to just over the threshold. If you want to use our extra delivery services (such as placing it in the desired location), you pay a fee for this. How much exactly can you see in the checkout. Here we tell you more about the extra services we offer.

You also pay a fee if you want large items delivered within a specific time period. In the checkout we indicate which time slots are possible for your region and what the rate is for the specific time slot.

We always try to deliver an order consisting of several items in one package. If you exceed 25.- as a result, we will deliver it for free, as mentioned. If you order items with different delivery times or from different warehouses, your order will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries. This does not affect the calculation of the delivery costs.

An adult signature requirement is required.

Insurance is optional and maybe added at customer’s discretion.

Delivery to the Wadden Islands?

Each Wadden Island has its own delivery service. The delivery time you choose in the checkout is the time that our delivery person transfers your order to the delivery service of the Wadden Island. As a result, the delivery time you choose in the checkout never matches the time your order is delivered. If you opt for evening delivery, you will receive your order the next day during the day.
